3Eligibility

For any agreed transaction, the price confirmed at the time of mutual agreement between buyer and seller governs the deal. Agricultural commodity prices are inherently volatile — users should conduct independent due diligence before finalising any trade.

7Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds for any transaction made through the platform are governed by the mutual agreement between the buyer and seller. MandiAgent.com is a marketplace platform and is not directly liable for the fulfilment or outcome of any trade.

If you believe fraudulent activity has occurred on your account, contact our support team immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts involved in fraudulent transactions.

8Your Obligations

By using this site you agree and confirm that:

• You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where information is requested
• In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect information provided by you, any additional cost incurred will be your responsibility
• You are accessing this site and transacting at your sole risk and using your best judgment

The Courts at Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement. The High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad alone shall have jurisdiction, and the laws of India shall apply.

12Reviews, Feedback & Submissions

All reviews, comments, suggestions and other content submitted to the platform ("Comments") shall become the property of Krsti Network Pvt Ltd. By submitting Comments, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt and publish such content for any purpose.

You agree that all Comments you submit will:

• Not violate any third-party rights including copyright, trademark or privacy
• Not be false, misleading, libellous or otherwise unlawful
• Not contain software viruses, spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Not impersonate any person, entity or brand

We reserve the right to monitor, edit or remove any Comments at our sole discretion. You remain solely responsible for any content you submit.

13Copyright & Intellectual Property

Krsti Network Pvt Ltd, its suppliers and licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, design, content and other materials appearing on this site. The MandiAgent.com name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of Krsti Network Pvt Ltd. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

14Termination

This agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Krsti Network Pvt Ltd. You may terminate this agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the site and deleting your account.

We may terminate this agreement at any time, immediately and without notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be revoked immediately
• Any active listings or pending inquiries may be cancelled
• You must destroy all materials downloaded or obtained from this site

Termination by us shall be without any liability to Krsti Network Pvt Ltd.
