Yes. Registration and browsing are completely free. You can post commodity listings, send inquiries and connect with traders at no cost. Premium features like featured listings may be introduced in future.
After registration, a verification link is sent to your email address. Click the link to activate your account. If you did not receive the email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us at help@mandiagent.com.
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a password reset link.
Listings & Products
After logging in, go to "Add Product" from your dashboard. Fill in the commodity name, category, price, quantity and location. Your listing will appear on the platform after a quick admin review (usually within a few hours).
Listings remain active until you mark them as sold or delete them. You can edit or update your listing price and quantity at any time from your dashboard.
Yes. There is no limit on the number of commodities you can list. Each listing is treated independently and can have its own price, quantity and delivery terms.
Open any commodity listing and click "Send Inquiry". Write your message — the seller will receive a notification and can reply through the platform inbox. Direct contact details are shared only once both parties agree.
The Spot Market allows traders to post urgent buy/sell offers for immediate settlement. Sellers can respond with their best price and quantity. It is ideal for time-sensitive trades.
Registered traders can create auctions for large lots. Buyers place bids within the auction window and the highest valid bidder wins. All bids are recorded and transparent.
MandiAgent facilitates connections and negotiations — actual payments and deliveries are arranged directly between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the financial transaction.
Account & Profile
Log in and go to your dashboard. Click "Edit Profile" to update your name, location, contact details and company information. Changes are reflected immediately.
Buyers and traders can leave a star rating (1–5) with a review after a successful inquiry or trade. Your profile shows the average rating and the distribution of all reviews.
Yes. Email info@mandiagent.com with the subject "Delete Account" from your registered email address. We will process the deletion within 5 working days.
AI Tools
MandiAgent offers four AI-powered tools: Market Insights (analyse trends by commodity/region), Price Advisor (get price recommendations), Smart Match (find buyers/sellers matching your profile) and AI Chatbot (answer agri questions in Hindi and English).
Yes. All AI tools are available to both farmers and traders after login. They are accessible from the "AI Tools" menu in the top navigation.
